There are 34 Geez letters but only 26 (A – Z) keyboard letters buttons; WHY so many extention letters for አ [e=እ i=ኢ o=ኦ a= አ] occupy the keyboard and make other common letters hard to find. NOT FAIR!

Hi, I've just updated the block so should be working on my site now: http://moodle.alexlittle.net I've also released an updated version of the block (download from: http://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=block_online_users_map), This now uses Google Maps API v3 - so you need an updated key for this (I was mistaken earlier when I thought no key was required). I’ve not tested this on the chrome browser, but it should be working on Moodle 2.x (once I get the other issues fixed that I mentioned in my other comment; http://alexlittle.net/blog/2010/12/29/updates-to-online-users-map/comment-page-1/#comment-8704),

Hi Juan,
Thanks for letting me know about the map not appearing on my site, I think there are a couple of changes I need to make. For the OpenStreetMap you don’t need an API key. In fact for the more recent version of Google Maps, no key is needed either – just I’ve not had chance to update the code to us the new API yet. Will post up here when I get these changes made.
