Paypal may be possible, but we'll need to look into it further, the banking system here is very limited - for example there are no credit/debit cards - you even get charged for withdrawing money from a different branch of the same bank. It charges a small percentage per transaction (1.9-3.4%), totally international in format, and people donating just need to set up an account - which is free - and so their bank details are encrypted and not revealed to anybody involved.
